Sharing reiki and wellness practices holds a special spot in my heart. I’ve learned and felt firsthand the shift that happens when you start taking care of your energy. I first found reiki in an attempt to alleviate some chronic stress, and it didn’t take long for me to want to learn how to embrace and share the beautiful practice of reiki.
I have used reiki on myself, my husband, my children and it’s always such a gift to be able to share it with people who come to see me. I know reiki, meditation, and other holistic wellness practices- even the smallest of kinds- have the power to change the trajectory of someone’s life for the better.
When I’m not doing reiki, you can find me experimenting in my kitchen, making crafts with my daughters, at the gym, or walking barefoot outside trying to catch a sunrise. Follow along on my blog!
My Approach
My approach has changed over the years with experience and wisdom. If you’ve seen me for reiki anytime before April 2026, things have changed quite a bit. I use different hands-on reiki techniques, paired with simple breath work and meditation, as well as music to help people feel grounded, connected and in-tune enough to get to their core desires for their life.
I hold the belief that all people can feel better from right where they are. Reiki helps people get into a vibration of healing that they can carry on into their lives after the session.
