These reiki experiences are somewhat structured but unique to each individual. People experience reiki in a multitude of ways, from physical sensations to long lasting positive emotional shifts. Below are my current offerings, prices & session durations listed are for adult clients. I offer reiki & meditation for children and teens as well.

1:1 Reiki- The Signature Experience

  • A truly unique and personalized reiki experience that meets you where you are and helps you along the path of where you want to be
  • Complete with a pre-session meeting to clarify your intentions, desires & questions, a personalized guided meditation, hands-on reiki, journal prompts, and a debrief for integration and intuitive guidance.
  • Ideal for the person who is ready to shift : emotionally, physically, spiritually, etc.
  • In-person at Salt Of The Earth Yoga in Brookhaven, NY, or virtually
  • Bring a notebook, water and anything else that makes you feel cozy and comfortable

While there is a general structure to this signature experience, space is left for the healing, guidance, emotion and energy that needs to come through. Sessions last between 90 and 120 minutes.

Cost: $320

1:1 Reiki- The Tune-Up

  • A short yet personalized reiki session to help you refresh your energy
  • Hands-on reiki, guided meditation, and a brief moment for reflection and clarity afterwards
  • Ideal for the person who is : curious about reiki and its benefits, someone who is on their journey and needs a moment to pause and integrate, or those working through low-grade pain, discomfort or emotional stagnation.
  • In-person at Salt Of The Earth Yoga in Brookhaven, NY, or virtually

Total session duration is 30-35 minutes. 25 minutes of reiki + meditation throughout and then 5-10 minutes for reflection if desired.

The 3 month Program

  • Change the way you show up in the world by changing how you see yourself. This program is meant to support your energetic growth with reiki, meditation, breathwork journaling, intuitive guidance, integration, and practical tools you can use in your daily life
  • 3 months worth of 1:1 support– either virtually or in-person (or a combination)
  • We meet 2x per month for 75 minutes, with text/voice note support throughout those three months
  • Ideal for the person who is : ready to make a significant change in their mindset, energy, and is curious about their own untapped potential. You don’t need any prior experience with energy work, meditation, or breathwork to benefit from this program. This program is not for skeptics, it is only for the people who are curious, open minded & open hearted

Sessions days/times are scheduled upon booking.

Cost: $1440 (discount available to those who pay in full)

Private Group Healing

  • You provide the space & gather the people – we decide on the theme or focus together- and I come with the intention of deep introspection and healing for all who attend- 60 mins
  • Ideal for small unique parties, baby shower alternatives, Mother blessing, etc.

At Your Home Reiki

  • I come to your space with my reiki table and supplies for my 1:1 Reiki Tune-Up or Signature Session
  • Requirements: a quiet, tidy space with enough room to set up a portable massage table

Starting at $150 (discounts available for family members/friends doing back-to-back sessions)
